According to the Tow Car Awards website, the Vauxhall Mokka 1.6 CDTI has a maximum towing weight of 1500kg, so if this is the same as your car it can legally tow the Bailey, which their website says has an MTPLM of 1431kg.
However, you will need to check your car's V5 or VIN plate to verify that your car is actually the same as that tested. Bear in mind that it's illegal to tow a heavier weight than the manufacturer's towing limit.
Another however - you're asking a lot of 1.6 litres and 110bhp to tow anything like that weight. For all its appearance of butchness, the Vauxhall Mokka is based on the Corsa and not really designed or built to tow heavy weights at all.
My own inclination would be to look for either a large estate car such as BMW 5-series, Audi A6 or Volvo V70/V90, or a medium-sized SUV such as VW Tiguan, Volvo XC60 etc. Go for a minimum 2-litre diesel with 150bhp or so, but the more power and torque on offer the more comfortable towing performance you will have.
