Hi does anyone have experience of fitting one of these?

I was looking at the Parkmate PM 550 model

Any advice gratefully received.

As far as I can see, the PM550 does not have a camera, it only uses sensors.

Are you thinking of fitting this to your car or your caravan?

Car to assist with coupling up. The link I saw showed a 3.5 inch monitor and a bumper mounted camera

I've looked at their website and on ebay and the 550 kit looks it it is a sensor system. The PM600 has a camera.

When we had a motorhome I fitted a system from parkingcameras.com in Kent. The system was very good quality but it was dearer than a lot of kits on ebay. I thought it was worth paying a bit more to get the support of a seller who actually knew about the product and could offer technical help if I had any problems. They may offer a system with a number plate mounted camera which would be a good height to help with hitching up.
