Looking at all the 310 models on the Adria historical website above (needs translating), I suspect that the 500 kg is the unladen weight of your caravan. The maximum weights of most of the 1980 onwards models is at least 660kg, which if loaded to the maximum would be over your car's limit. Even lightly laden I think you would find that the car would struggle to pull the caravan easily.

Short answer: no. Sorry.
I don't know the caravan you mention but 500kg seems very light - most modern caravans, even small ones are at least double that. The towing limit of the car is based on the weight it can physically move from a standing start on a hill, which is usually more than what it can comfortably manage in everyday conditions. Small petrol engines in cars such as yours are not really designed for towing heavy weights at all.

Many years ago, I towed a small caravan with a mini metro naturally aspirated diesel. I later discovered it was heavier than I was told by the dealer so was in a similar situation to you.
Admittedly mine was diesel which normally pull more strongly than petrols, but yours is a turbo petrol with considerably more power than mine was so will probably pull much more strongly than many would believe of a naturally aspirated petrol.
In practice it easily held 50 to 55mph on the motorway. Normal cruising not towing was only 60 and that felt fast. On hills with crawler lanes it held 40 easily. Once or twice I needed to change down to 1st gear on steep hills but only for a very short distance.
What really affects its ability is the Gross Train Weight (combined weight of car and caravan as actually loaded). This should be on a plate on the door pillar or in your manual etc. If the caravan and car are both lightly loaded you might be lucky and remain within that limit.
With a 600kg towing limit you may remain within that too if you don't load too much in the van. Provided you don't exceed the GTW, you can put stuff in the car instead of the van.
Perhaps a trip to a weighbridge would help with actual weights.

Towed a 550kg trailer tent with a 1.2 16v Clio about 10 years ago. It managed but you knew it was there. However I don’t fancy your chances with a caravan, weight might be fine but you really need to consider the drag that the big square box will cause, especially if you need to drive into the wind.
You might think everything is fine going around your local streets , but once you head for the open road and try and reach and maintain a speed of 50ish mph, you better jump out and start pushing it tie a rope to the car in front.
