Hi,
My 130ps tdci Estate has now done 70k miles, clutch has stopped smelling and no major problems have come up. Climate control is now a bit dicky but that's all.
May go for the new Estate or an S-Max at the end of the year.

Not bad for 70k! Mine has done only 8k. At what mileage did the clutch smell start?

Hi, the car was new and the first time out with the caravan I thought that the bloomi'n thing was about to catch fire!
Burning clutch has a lingering effect inside a new car and a can of Oust came in really handy.
I have to say I have had no bad smell incident for a good while now, maybe it was just the newness wearing off. (Or more likely I have learnt how to avoid taking an hour of to-ing and fro-ing to park the van!)
Anyway, I can really recommend the car.
