Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please? I want to recommission a westfalia tow hitch on my skoda octavia vrs 2012 car. I have the electric socket and bolt hole plate installed... I just can't find which,what,where the ball bit i need to do the job. Westfalia very unhelpful sadly. Thanks

Welcome to the forum mookielagoo, looks like you just need the Swan Neck with embedded tow ball, try the distributor “General Traffic” or you local car accessories store.

Seen one on eBay new for £55 but hard to tell if it is the correct one, you might even get lucky down at a scrap yard.

Ah yes. You do need a new swan neck section as I indicated on your other post. If Westfalia cannot supply a replacement then probably you will need to fit a whole new towbar unless the towbar supplied for your car is still the same model 9 years on then the swan neck section may fit. It could be Westfalia are unwilling to supply just the part you need & not the whole towbar.
