A quick online search finds your 5th wheeler is 8ft wide so legal to tow on UK roads provided everything else like combined MaM of truck & caravan is within UK max allowed weight. To ensure you are legal with your licence & your truck to tow this particular trailer you do need some specific advice preferably not from whoever is selling you the trailer. The info you need should be searchable online.

Hi. If your licence is pre-1997 you are ok up to 7.5 tonnes. It's those with post-1997 licences that are more restricted. I would be very surprised if the vehicle you are looking at is 10' 1" wide, as such a vehicle could possibly require an escort vehicle to accompany it, as it could be classed as an "exceptional load".

Width limit is 2.55mt or 8ft 4 inches.---but remember this will include anything protruding from the side of the unit! eg vents, mounting brackets etc. You will probably need to extend your mirrors to suit the unit width also. If its an import-be very careful regarding braking systems/handbrake/ electricals etc as a lot werent compatible with uk vehicles. Some have been professionally converted---and some have had a diy job done on them or just rely on the towing vehicle brakes(not a good idea). I havent owned one but have had some experience in recovering them.
