I can't see any info suggesting the A4155 is closed! Sometimes temporary closures don't show up that quickly, or it may have cleared!
Assuming you want to go through Henley, and over Henley bridge, to pick up A4130 to then pick up the A404, to reach M40 near High Wycombe. Firstly, there is a one way system in Henley town, it's not too snug, but couple of turns where you might need to hog the road, then you get to the bridge and a sharp left onto the bridge itself, again you may need to hog the road and swing a little wide. As to the bridge itself, the Thames is wide and the bridge long, so not exactly a hump back bridge but it's not the flattest bridge across the river, but I see nothing that should be a problem, you've got longer steeper hills ahead!
