This is what is on my vehicle the V5 says mass in service 1373 little confused it has been a long time.

I am looking to buy a 2 berth caravan and after some guidance please the weight I am able to pull.

It is for Vauxhall Grandland X

1200 kgs which is just over the 85% recommended for beginners towing.

With modern cars that 85% is well outdated however is still a good recommendation.

The plate gives a max tow of 1200 kgs which is what the police will look at.
