, we are selling our lunar [stellar] ,previous vans have also been lunar, and towing with a Kia [sportage currently] the person buying has an Audi, with a Tow sure bar and twin electrics ,fitted in May of '22, the stellar has[originally a 13 pin outlet], we have put on a seven pin adapter to fit our vehicle and no problems, tested it out on Sunday prior to the van's collection and all was working fine,.. The Audi has a 7 pin plug, but there is no electrical contact between her car and the van when we have hitched up, she has spoken to her fitter he has told her that there are specific wiring from one vehicle manufacture to another and she needs hers adapted to suit the Stellar, now i may not be the brightest on the planet but i would have thought that tow vehicle wiring would be specific to caravan manufacturers ,who i would have thought would all be the same wiring diagram across the board.... yes or no?
