As stated in previous posts, the VIN plate on your car gives a maximum towing figure of 1200kg. (3150-1950kg.) Provided the actual weight of your loaded caravan does not exceed this figure then it is legal.
The Grandland appears to weigh around 1370kg. (You can check this on your V5). This gives you a towing ratio of around 88%, which is slightly greater than the 85% recommended for beginners, but with care, shouldn't cause you any problems.
According to the VIN plate you have a max tow of 1200kg, without knowing the exact details of your car I could only go by published figures that I could find last night.
Practical Caravan did a road test on the Grandland last year that might give you some idea of towing practicality.
