Hi Domo and a very warm welcome to ukcampsite.co.uk. There are quite a few different types of mirrors that you could use but judging by your post I presume you prefer the ones that clip over the existing wing mirrors.

Towsure have a fairly good selection of mirrors and I think possibly the Suction Towing Mirror at £23.95 part no. M330 or M340 would be ok for your mirrors or the Milenco Convex or standard Towing Mirror at £18.50 part no. M22 or M24.

I have seen the Milenco ones on a members outfit and they found them to be very good, haven't seen the suction ones in use but they seem to be ideal as you can use your internal adjustment controls for the normal side mirrors on your vehicle to adjust them.

I hope this info is useful and I look forward to seeing you around the forums in the future.

Go for the Milenco mirrors, it`s up to you if you go for flat or convex. In June this year I paid £14.98 each for my two at Tyneside Caravans to fit my Vectra, not keen on the suction type they were £24.99 each

Hi Domo

We had a Rover 75 and bought our mirrors from the Rover dealer - they were £11.99 each. They had to order them as the parts dept didn't have any in but they only took about 3 days to come.

Hi,

If its any help I've just bought two from Halfords and spent the entire journey sticking my hand out of the window trying to move them back into place. They don't seem very robust to me as one of the bolts had also fallen out.I think I'll have a better look at Towsure as its local.

The suction ones work well for me and have the advantage of being able to adjust them using the electric power adjuster. Very stable and clear and have never fallen off, but expensive.

Forgot to say, the ones I bought from Halfords were from a company called Summit.

Should be renamed Summit and Nothing as I lost one on the M27 as I watched it fly past my drivers window.

I went to Towsure today who have a huge choice. www.ukcampsite.co.uk/redirect.asp?redir=http://www.towsure.com

Buy a wider car - then you don't need extra mirrors

We bought the suction ones about a month ago and OH it really pleased with them.  Easy to fit, lightweight and he says the rear view is excellent.
