Has anyone used suction towing mirrors? I am currently using the type that fasten to your mirror with straps but find them a waste of time. I would be appreciate it if someone could recommend a good suction towing mirror and tell me where it is possible to purchase it from. Also I have noticed that you can get flat and convex mirrors, does anyone know which side they are meant to go on?
I've been using the strap type since 1994. I still have the original mirrors and the original straps. Based on my experience dare I suggest anyone who has lost this type either didn't put them on properly or the straps weren't tight enough.
hi,rubbish in my eyes, will never work.be prepared to buy one each trip.i use the strap on type.even this is not as good when on the A1 last year the wind from lorries passing flattened my mirror on the car and the strapped on one to the window.i stand corrected if anyone know better.i cannot see a stick on one putting up with this force.
