When I got our new van the dealer supplied one FOC
I can't believe the attitude of manufacturers/dealers who supply the Alko stabiliser eqipped van without the correct towball.
In our Ace handbook it shows a picture of the Alko 2004 stabiliser and says that you should lower the coupling onto a well greased towball.
I don't think that they would entertain a warranty claim for damage due to the use of an incorrect towball or for the use of grease !!
