Some friends of ours have just bought a new t/a and they have a sedona, seen them about but not asked how it towed, as they have been and come back off their hols.

And it depends on your van weight, someone will be along I'm sure to point you in the direction of the van to car ratio web site. Or failing that do a search for tow car weights.

Hi this will help but from memory the sedona has a max tow of 2000kgs and judging from coments on this site from owners they make good towcars. And welcome to the mad house
Ours is a single axle with a mtplm of 1400kg the sedona tows without a problem we hardly know it's there. Its got loads more pull left in it so I would imagine it would be fine with a twin axle.
The kerbweight of the manual diesel is 2220kg so 80% would be 1887kg which is loads for a safe towing ratio.
hi, we tow a bailey senator oklahoma htmp 1500kg single axle with our sedona and are very impressed, but we have seen a sedona towing a hobby twin axle caravan and they don,t come much bigger than an hobby.
We were quite taken by the Sedona's practicality and the fact that it has a healthy kerbweight to haul along our Carolina; but further investigation revealed that the Sedona has a maximum noseweight limitation of 80kg and the Carolina's optimum noseweight (according to Bailey) is 88kg. Considering that even 88kg is nowhere near the preferred 7% noseweight guide rule, we would be very interested to hear from owners of Sedonas that tow twin axles.
