Unfortunately not, but there SHOULD be....we can get AA or RAC inspections on cars before we buy them, so the C&CC and CC should consider some similar scheme themselves i think!
Why not contact the seller, tell him your concerns, and see what he suggests? - he has basically stated how much he wants for the caravan, so maybe you could ask for his phone number, have a long chat about the caravan, then if you are interested still take a trip down to view it....if you like the look of it make him an offer there and then! I'm sure if you make a sensible offer he will remove the caravan from ebay and sell it to you there and then.
but do a CRIS check first!
