Thats right, Don.F, These Pajeros have a great reputation for towing and thoroughly deserve the acclaim they have had. Solidly built too just like the brick shed at the bottom of our garden....bulit to last and very comfortable to sit in!!!...Floyd

I would like to thank everyone who posted replies, most of which i have found helpful, now the next question do you think an Nreg with 135k on the clock is worth 5k?

not impressed !  thought this site was about caravans and helping people out.

gary, i have had a 2.8 shogun for about 6/7 years. brit spec. gls. mpg not just the best, but can go from coventry to aberdeen on one tank. tows very well and is like sitting in an armchair. not cost anything in parts other than the usual tyres. one exhaust, one set of front brake disks and a couple of sets of pads....not bad over 6 years.

milage on my one is coming up to 120k now. never failed an mot, passed emmissions every time too. r reg.98. its had a hard hard life,in and out of quarries for five years solid and has been the most reliable car i have had. fully reccomend them and i would think n reg and 5k with that milge is about right.

ps. i dont smoke, recycle plastic, cans, glass, paper and garden waste so even though i drive an oil burner at least i make some effort

Hi, 5K for a N reg sounds a little steep to me with 135,000 miles on too , I would look for one with less miles and definately the Pajero....Cheers Floyd.
