hi all i have lost the big red topped bolt that goes through my bulldog stabiliser. i dont think its metric - any ideas what it is and where can i get one ( if not can i raid our engineers stores kc

Raid the hardware shop 'cus I got one for a different make and it cost 7 quid for the bolt.I think it would probably be around 30 pence at a hardware shop.

I would imagaine it is not just an ordinary bolt but a high tensile one - be careful.

I'm almost certain it's M12 metric, the only other I have known on Stabilisers was on a 'Scott' and that was 1/2" Whitworth

I had this problem too . I tried some bolts but the thread was always different. I just bought the bulldog one from my local caravan shop in the end.
