Halloween Meet 2007

Friday

On arrival at the site you will need to book in at the site office.

During the course of the evening we will be handing out an envelope containing a quiz sheet and a colouring competition for the children for which there will be a charge of £2.00 (the proceeds of which will be used

to buy prizes).

Once you are set up please feel free to bring a chair over for a drink

& get to know everyone.

Saturday

Afternoon 2.00pm.
Kids fun & games

We will have a few party games for the children

5.00pm.

Trick Or Treat

Time for everyone to get on their Halloween costumes and go trick or treating.  Please bring along some sweets or something suitable for the children, bearing in mind that some of the children will be very young.

We will also decide the winners of the best-dressed units competition.

There will be a prize for the best unit on EHU and one for those who

don’t have EHU.

6.30 pm

Party Time

There will be a fancy dress competition for both the adults & children

and the winners of the best-dressed EHU & Non-EHU units will be announced.  We will also be holding a raffle and giving answers to the quiz. 

Donations for the Jacob’s Table will be welcome. 

Then it will be party time! 

I would like to point out that the River Trent runs alongside the campsite so please ensure that all children you have with you are aware of this and know to stay on the campsite’s side of the embankment.

Ermmm.......whys my name on that list of non paid deposits,i have paid mine and he as cashed my cheque on the 26th July!!!!!....looks like i will be making a phone call tomorrow.

You will be missed Julie...we had a great time last year.  Hope the move goes well. Me & Sarah got very excited shopping for Halloween bargains this weekend 

Lol, I bet you did, I spent a small bloody fortune the 1st year & last year on stuff coz I was that excited about it, I'd never done anything for Halloween before, it was always Bonfire night we celebrated.

I can't wait to see the piccy's after you've been they are always good for a laugh.

I have received an email from Trentfield Farm to say that although they have had lots of bookings for this meet, a number of deposits are still outstanding.  Therefore if your name is listed below and you are intending to come along then please send your deposit asap.  If you no longer require a pitch please email Ratty to let him know so that pitches can be reallocated.

if i book direct with site, not sure we will have leccy either, so thought if there are spaces on meet, might as well book with ukcs. same price anyway isnt it?
