Ok folks, on the back of a fab weekend at Pillaton I'm up for organising a weekend meet next year, was thinking of June or early July.

I've stayed at Greenhill and liked it. Plenty of space, clean loos, local takeaways deliver, games room/ play area on site for the kids and a rally field. What does everyone think?? Anyone be interested?

defo pager i was thinking of doing it but glad you are unless you want some help as it not far from us was  thinking coulod do treasure hunt or something for kids it is a lovely site they are also adding a cafe this yr in process of building it owners and wardens are lovely. But we cant do 5-12th june as we away in france so after then would be great if okay with you also we going to chycarne end of july

I was thinking the end of June, I'll have to have a look at a calendar for the dates, hoping if I can get enough interest then I'll ring the site and enquire. A treasure hunt would be great or games for the kids. Your offer of help I'll glad accept!

soooooooo excited another weekend to put in the calender kids are great when i learn how to post pics up got a great one of them falling asleep as soon as we got to toll. Glad someone else likes greenhill we were so glad to find it as it is not far from us and has all the elements that cole and nick enjoys although we stayed at easter wasnt very warm in evening lol rally field would be good as i think from seeing them on there you can pitch around together rather than on numbers also i sure you are allowed to put up gazebos etc here which several could go up in in middle or something.

After Pillaton I'm hooked! Would love to come along to this meet... Not sure Mrs Lard would come... So long as it doesn't fall on a weekend that I already have booked, I'll be there!

Looking good so far, I had such a good time at Pillaton.

Looking at the calendar how about the 25th/26th June? I'm going to ring the site in a minute.
