Hi folks. Birch Coppice 6th - 8th june

Sorry to tell you all this, But this meet is now cancelled. There is an electrical problem at the club that has effected the fire and security systems. This has resulted it the concert room being re-wired. The works are going on now as a matter of ergency, but we cannot garentee that the place will be sorted for the weekend.

I have spoke to Ratty about this, and at present we are trying to sort out another venue.

I will keep you informed throughout the day.

have arranged a mini meet by popular demand. I just have to clear it with ratty/webby, but i am sure that there wont be a problem.

For those that came to the last meet at Birch Coppice, it will be the same layout again, with a disco. There is now electric hookup available. first 20 units that ask will get, minus me of course. so that makes 19. The site is now on the caravan and camping list. New toilet blocks/showers etc. so show your interest.
