Found an alternative place to go if anyone is interested for 6th - 8th June:

Fullbrook Farm, Lichfield, Staffs.

It is a primative site with only one toilet and a sink with cold water only but it is cheap! Just £4 per unit per night.

There are no showers and no EHU. There is an elson point and a water tap in the field and use of a second toilet at the farmhouse. Dogs are allowed but must be kept under control as it is a working farm with livestock. BBQ's and Firepits are allowed. Sorry but there will be NO DISCO now. No departure time on Sunday.

It's just a short drive to Lichfield City centre where there is a Tesco lots of Antique shops and the famous Cathederal.

PS we have tried other sites, some of which have been suggested on this thread but we have not been lucky.

Maybe it would be helpful if those on the original list who won't be coming to this one would say so it would fnalise things quicker (48 views no posts) then we can book alternatives

I'm up for this one Steve, do we turn up if it's a goer or do we book direct with the site?

yes i am still going to do the raffle. A quiz would be great. I dont have a fire pit and as i dont know who is coming yet cant answer that one.
as regards to your battery I can do that for you no problem.

 hya daisy if we book on to this meet what will we be doing for the kids we need something to amuse them [ besides you ha ha ] or they will get bored and we dont want that do we . i will bring that big garden twister game but i need a pump for the dice i aint blowing them up by mouth ill have a heart attack .
