Spent the week before Easter in Somerset and had a couple of heavy frosts but did not feel a thing!
coleman Pillow top matress - unzip the pillow top and place a fleexe blanket ontop of the air bed, zip the pillow top back on
2 season double sleeping bag - put a fleece blanket inside it and have that ontop of us
Thermals for PJs - Tog 24s or Icebreaker Skin 200s
A thick fleece blanket from Dun Elm on top of the sleeping - covered in frost on the Thursday morning but nice a cosy insid the bag!
Other than that try not to get cold in the first place and as soon as you start to feel it take your clothes off!!!
and get into the bag
------------- Regards
Dave
