Hello,
thanks to evarybody for all the good ideas - very helpful for me too with 3 and 5 year old girls. I love the scrap book while you are there idea - I always mean to do one when we get back but we never get around to it.
Our girls love their dolls so we always take a doll each and their dolls pushchairs and a little bag with doll accessories, these keep them amused for hours and the pushchairs are the cheap ones that fold up small.
If we are away for a few days they have a little spending money and if you point them in the right direction they end up with something really cheap that keeps them amused for hours just because it is new, last holiday it was a little set of dinosaurs!
