If these conditional restrictions were not explained to you at the time of (,or prior to) your booking, either verbally, in writing or via their website, then they have made an alteration to contract, without your prior consent. As such you have the right to request a full refund. 

When we booked umity farm a few years back i noticed it said the same on the booking conditions.

Did wonder about it but as our tent is has a SIG  and inner pitch 1st - thought they don't expect us to take it down every day do they???

We didn't and neither did anyone else!

We did try to pitch on a bit that wasn't yellow, but that was about it!
