Not very well! I used blank envelopes, as they would be a bit more robust than a single sheet of paper and wrote on the contents in bold felt pen, with a list underneath in biro of other accompanying  items /bags needed eg poles, pegs. Then I stuck the label on the bag with parcel tape.

I think the super duper Piglet method involves colourcoding the labels for all bags associated with any one tent, producing word processed labels off the computer, laminating the labels and then attaching them to the tent bag(s) somehow or other. MT

We've booked our summer camping trip and made enquiries for two weekend trips away for April and May.  You'd be surprised how many places are booked up already! 

We also spend most weekends looking round camping and outdoor shops, getting excited at all the equipment and tents - and usually end up buying something!  Doesn't really ease the itch because it makes us more impatient to go camping!  We're suprised at the people who've braved the cold and gone camping already.  How do they manage to get the tent pegs into the frozen ground - assuming it's hard as a rock as it is round here?!
