We're sorting out the trailer tomorrow. Have also tried out the new Cadac  and made my shopping list.   can't wait - just hope the weather is kind to us...........

Elphaba, have you read the reviews yet? It seems so nice from the reviews. We really waited to late to book somewhere for Easter and I just went one by one through here of trying to find 2 electric pitches. I skimmed right past that one because it says they don't take tents. My sil phoned them becasue she noticed some of the reviewers were in tents. I'm so glad she did.

I plan on leaving a review after our holiday and I'll let you know how it is.

well packed all the tenting equip just got to get it in car now also packed washing bits etc.

Im ironing all weekend and going to tell family wear your jimmys all weekend and next week as im packing it all up so on wednesday when oh comes home ill be ready for his come on lets pack the car....;o)

also im thinking of making a pan of scouse on monday and freezing it in a container to take for first nights tea.

of course i think im organised but i bet the iron board is still up on wednesday eve ha

we are off to aberystwyth for the annual Easter trip to Wales, apart from it been early just checked weather and its forecast rain/snow showers. taking our new norfolk lake polycotton tent going to be good reading instructions while putting it up for its first time, are we daft. Is any one else off to Wales at Easter.

im realy sad, ive been so excited about going ive been packed for about 2 weeks now! ive repacked twice in that time too! i even cleaned the gas bottle today!

BLOUSIE ha thats bad im sitting here surrouned with ironing piles not packed our clothes and off out for a chinese this afternoon and i still have to fit shopping in ahhhh,

going to edale thursday afternoon was suppose to iron and get clothes sorted tonight and haven't woops!

was spose to be a trial run to check we had everything for shell island but have ended up buying everything new (including tent) everything is in the garage ready to go!!!

about to get the ironing bord out now grrrr but its for a good cause :)

Trailers packed, clothes are packed, just got to load the roof box in the morning and then we're off - under piles of thermal clothes to try and keep warm!!!

Heavy rain is forecast so not looking forward to putting the tent up in that

We were going to go away this easter, however having just seen a snowy symbol on the weather for Friday night I think we might just stay at home!!

I love camping and really don't mind getting a little cold, however with kids who already have coughs and runny noses, I really dont want to make them worse!!

Hope the weather holds out for you lot who are braving it though......good on you!!
