ok im gonna be for and against here

i read about change in delivery times

and tbh with all the competition out there its just not good enough if they want our custom

in the past i have ordered and had delivered in 3 days , that was great  thumbs up towsure

my latest order has just arrived today some 14 days after order

ok it is within their guidelines so not a letdown

but is it time we started to use other supliers on ebay that can deliver withing 3 to 5 days as they actualy value our custom ???????????? even with the excuse that easter is earlier this year lol what a joke, i use towsure and also an ebay supplier that stocks things towsure dont

the ebay seller is selling over 2000 items a week

maybee not as much as towsure but hes delivering within 5 days even with our early easter :p

 this stinks of things like the wrong type of leaves on the lines :0)

are towsure getting too big to care about us???

are towsure going to reply to my post as greatfull recipients of our money or another growing company just not caring where the next order comes from ??????? let me guess they are doing all they can  :0)

Towsure have already come on and responded to this thread.

If you have an customer service issue with them, then contact them, don't just post on a forum and expect them to see it and respond to it?!

The answer earlier from them even includes a direct email address, I suggest you use it if you want some response.

Ordered a catalogue at least 6 weeks ago and still no show!

Order a lot of my stuff from a very respected e-bay shop that states delivery within 48hrs and only had to wait longer than this length of time once (well it was over easter!) yes they charge for delivery, but if you order 3 or more items, delivery is free!!
