Small tents 2-4 man are ok for two to three nights but any longer and the trouble of erecting a big tent is well worth it.
We started with a 4 man with two sleeping pods, then added a two man and storage tent, we then had a small village ! then the light dawned when I saw a monster 12 man tent pitched near-by and asked for a peek. The Lichfield has been perfect for our two week trips to Cornwall and Devon, and there is only me and my two brats...although the eldest informs me that as she is now a TEENAGER could I please stop refering to her as a brat.
