I went to binley park comprehensive untill 1976, which is no longer there now and has been replaced by a business park,
I do love the usa and go most years to visit and later this year will spend three weeks in florida, never been to chicago yet but may go one day to follow the history of the mob
There's a cigar bar somewhere downtown called Al Capones. I bought a T shirt from Navy Pier "Al Capones cigar bar...come in and get smoked!" Very cute!
Also, if you enjoy a good read may I suggest "The Devil in the White City" by Erik Larson. SHOCKING and interesting history book about life in chicago during the time of the Worlds Fair. It's a history book that reads like a novel. I promise you won't be able to put it down it's so shocking.
Hi we're very new to camping too and are starting off buying things to replace other things that people have lent or given to us! I've just found this table sunncamp slat table large my nan and grandad gave us the smaller one to take last weekend and while it would be good for 2 it was difficult to fit 4 plates/cups/salt and pepper etc on it, found this one today for £19.99.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for that Andi! We were kicking around the idea of the slatted table but it was a costly expense for our virgin camp but now that I know we'll be spending much more time in our tent I'm going to order one!
That larder looks very similar to the one we got at Agros. Have you received yours yet? I was disappointed in our Argos one (sale priced £22) because in the photo online it looks as if it has a screened zip enclosure on the front but it doesn't. Your Royal Camp Larder also looks very similar but wondered if it had a zipped screen front?
hmm only ordered it today while the boyfriend was out haha! The description says its got a zipped clear front window so I'm guessing it does, at £11.99 I didn't think it was a bad price after looking at a lot of the others! Will let you know when I get it :o)
Also scouring the web looking for a decent coolbox Kampa/Coleman/Igloo argh so many reviews for the things! Was wondering about a 3 way fridge but I think it would take up too much room in the car.
Hmm...well for £11.99 I may buy one and use it in the 'kitchen' and use the other one for clothes storage.
We got one of these coolboxes at gooutdoors on sale for £39.99 but they're even cheaper now at £29.00! It worked brilliantly! Kept everything including mince icy cold for four nights!
Hmm don't want to kill the car battery though...was just thinking of a good box that needs no extra power. Local camping shop may receive a visit tomorrow, again, for another look lol

Oh right! We're total 'glampers' and had total electric everything! It's the only way I agreed to go! LOL
