Gotta agree with you there (just read the earlier posts "Campers Anonymous" amongst others) cannot believe how much we have got into camping after just three months.
Just on a sideline and I know I'm being presumptious and my sincerest apologies if you are not who I'm thinking you are, but I spotted your post last week about advice camping in the East Yorkshire coast region. Anyhow some of the things you put in that made me think you are someone I know, too many coincidences!! So are you the man with The Shed and have an acute sense of humour and a french surname. Like I say apologises if you arn't who I think you are, but if you are, Hi and see you around sometime, we can swap camping advice!!
Hi, i am not sure if i am the person you think i am..... i live in Leeds and i do have a shed as most people do and my surname is Blaymire????? do i know you .. . . lol
Hi
Addicted to camping, No not at all. We just do what the rich have always done, Yearn to get away from the rush and tear of everyday life, to relax in our country homes.
I would say we campers are normal and the stay at home people are the ones missing out.
Regards
Rex.

Since getting back into camping 3 years ago, I've managed to get away 3 times this year, but have wanted to go away more, but money and time has stopped me.
Got a new tent and next year is the year of camping as often as possible, even if it will be to the campsite down the road.

Definately and if you get into buying kit it's every bit as expensive as a traditional addiction.
Couldn't agree more, no better way to spend a day, weekend, week away...........just a little sun would be nice though
