Ahhhh sorry thats a shame you've had all that trouble - I would think its bad luck rather than bad choice - Outwell's do get a lot of good press on this site with the occasional complaint thrown in now and again.
I have a outwell BL6 and a outwell cooler and haven't had any problems.
Don't forget to weather it whilst its up if the weathers good
Oh and if you find the door hard to zip up I think most of the BL's are the same, I understand that in time the material 'gives' a bit - mine has eased after a couple of uses.
We recently bought the norfolk lake (thanks to advice from this forum) and have had only one outing so far no probs and we absolutely loved it and sodid our 2 and 1/2 yr old.
We started off with an outwell tent and "cheaper extras" and have come to rely on the brand. They have never let us down and we now are replacing items with outwell goodies as they are well thought out and excellent quality.
Outwell did have a problem in 2006 which they have admitted and put right. We are fans of outwell for not only the products but the after care.

We had 2 minnesota 4's last year both leaked in exactly the same places - seams and zips, although MidWest Camping said they had not heard of any other complaints like this - seemed strange to us as it happended twice - they changed it no problem and we now have a Bear Lake - more expensive but so much better - no leaks or problems just a bit heavier to put up.
