I've just checked it out and it certainly looks that way - "awning/gazebo/breathable groundsheet" £2. How strange!

I think they mean that ordinary groundsheets are not allowed at all and they have put the word "breathable" in to emphasise the fact that this is the only sort they allow. I think it is just badly worded - if you know what I mean. It is probably a case that they would rather people did not use a groundsheet at all in their awnings hence the charge.
