Tesco are very good they will deliver anywhere and you can even arrange for them to leave it inside your awning or tent without signing - I prefer Sainsburys myself but they weren't so accommodating. When we hired a canal boat we got Tesco to deliver to the boat marina you just change the delivery address on ordering - for a campsite you would just include your pitch number or arrange with reception to leave it with them & add your mobile number and its fine. The only downside is that you have to accept all their dodgy substitutions!
I take it you don't have any frozen or refrigerated items in your shopping and what if some items are missing you have no chance of a refund if you don't accept it yourself. Also if you are there to accept your shopping you don't have to accept the substitutions or short life items.

Well no I don't take frozen food camping with me anyway and as you book your own 2 hour delivery slot if you were to order frozen or chilled foods then you would select a time which either coincides roughly with your arrival or at a time when you know you will be already on site & fully set up. I've only done it with boating so can't guarantee smoothness but I do know a lot of caravanners do it. You can always opt not to allow substitutions when you place your order too.
The supermarkets are pretty good these days I've noticed stuff missing from my regular online shopping at home long after the delivery guys gone - a quick email and a refund is processed often with a £ off voucher code for the inconvenience. Just like anything else it won't be perfect 100% of the time.
