Where did you get the locking struts from, Oldham? Were they easy enough to fit?
As you say, our gas struts are fine when we are not carrying any additional load on our trailer lid bars, but not efficient when there is any extra weight on there.
Hi Liddenham got these at William Rigby Sheet Metal ltd Oldham they also fitted them. They needed to know the approx weight of extra bars box and contents to get the right struts.
