I was just doing another web search and look at this description of a pump on the Outdoor Megastore website:
'At last a powerful and convenient pump you can use even if you don't have access to an external power supply! This ergonomically designed unit can either inflate or deflate your airbed in a matter of minutes. It comes complete with 3 nozzle options (do not insert in nostrils) and operates solely on 4D batteries (not included) with a 30 minute run time.'
 somebody must have done that and complained that they weren't warned not to, so they've had to change their website...?!
