Go away, if you enjoy yourself (which you will) invest in a new tent next year and before you know it you'll have a van with a roofbox and a trailer for all the rest of your stuff which you'll definately end up buying!!!

First tent we bought was a Lichfield Curlew and we still have it as a weekend tent for when my other half goes on her own with the kids for a few nights.

Good tents and it shouldn't let you down. I'm not a fan of Vango though. Seen several people have problems with them and have to return them.

One year, the other family we often camp with couldn't pack their vango away as the heat had melted the poles into their arched position and they wouldn't straighten or even undo!!

mum2 two

i was looking at this and had it on watch but really wanted a challenger 5. you got a good buy there and the tent will do you for a good few years. well done and enjoy.

i really like the ridge type tents they seem to have loads of room.

Thanks Nina i'm an excellent sniper and only ever bid in the last 20seconds or so , since having a tourer with awning (i always prefered the awning!!)  i would love a cabanon and i will get one we have always made use out of a living space and i could not get one without one, we have been in bad weathers and the living space has been a god send, we bought a 2 berth tent tunnel once and i got phenumonia and i was only 31 !! it was horrific and i go the gym every day i am very healthy and thats why we will never ever have one without a living space..
