Not booked ahead this year...But usually do...Shift pattern at work about to go through drastic changes in January...so nothing concrete planned....

I have booked from work all the fridays before the weekends that we are both off (1 in 8).

We usually weekend so that will make life a little easier to get away. Thinking of exploring Derbyshire next year. OH has never been, and I haven't been for more than 12 years!

Oh booked Tenerife for January with extended family, not sure it's a holiday though!

poppy.dog - derbyshire is fantastic - if you are adults only try Longnor Wood - fab.

Yay...booked 2 weeks in Florida for September, leaving lots of lovely weekends during the good weather (yes, I'm an optomist!!) for camping in our lovely Vermont.

Haven't yet as I'm still thinking about where to go, but realise that they are getting booked up.  Tried 3 new sites for us this year (Gwithian Farm, Fforest Fields and Dornafield) in the hope that us/the kids would have a preference, but we loved them all, despite my eldest son breaking his foot at Dornafield last Friday!!  I hear that Fforest fields may be getting a new loo/shower block over the winter?  I have to say that probably the swimming lake at Fforest fields would probably win over the other sites, but it's helped me realise that my boys are happiest if there's water to play in, so must look at other sites with pools/lakes.

Got one trip more or less in the bag, except for the campsite that will not take booking until Jan 10, doh!!!

going to Duinrell, Holland for a week next Easter (cheating though in a static) and trying to decide where to go for our main holiday in August and if to take the motorhome or fly and hire another static. We did loads of weekends this year in the inlaws motorhome which cost us a fortune in fuel!

 Next year the plan is to use the MH for the whitweek break only and the other weekends will bemuch more local (1hr max travelling) taking the tent and minimal kit as I find the packing too stressful as well as travelling for hrs just for the weekend.
