It's not designed for a side entrance tent like the 200+. However, as the tent is quite narrow and there is a peak, you could stretch the elasticated side so its lying front to back on the side of the tent opposite the door and guy tight and then extend it over the door and away from the tent, holding the centre of the front up with the pole and guying the sides towards the ground. It should work in MHO, protecting the door and giving you about 1.5m protection out from the tent.
Since getting ours, we have used it for various things, just stretching the elasticated side tight if its not needed to go around the arched pole of a tent. Last weekend we used the tent as a BBQ shelter, guying it to our balcony at home and the pole guylines into the flower beds and lawn.
The alternative may be the quecha tarp which is slightly bigger (3m x 3m), doesn't have the elasticated side (which you don't need), comes with 2 poles (I think rather than 1) and is at the same price at the moment:
