I would not use in the tent unless it is very well ventilated. Poisionous fumes come off the heat beads / charcoal and people have been reported to not wake up after bringing their BBQ's into their tents to keep warm

Use it to cook with but after that DO NOT use for central heating.
Take the coals out of the Cobb with a pair of tongs coll down in cold water. Let dry and use again.

I can't find the link but a couple who brought the Cobb into their tent were hospitalised, one was in a worse state than the other and almost died.

I think I'm convinced lol

I'd like to think it was a combination of people's comments that swayed me, but, if I'm honest, it was the roast pork sandwiches lol

Think I'd better start smoking so I can give it up and have spare cash lol

Convince me my tenting life doesn't need a Cobb.

Wouldn't be without it now it's a great cooking tool.

I keep thinking about one, but if i buy one how do I make it look old and second hand so I can tel hubby I got it off freecycle!!!
