Wouln't let ours go that far on there own either  all used to go for an hour after tea. nice little walk and a break from the sand!!!

We live in the next village (Crosshills) glad you enjoyed it.  We are new to camping only started going last year, mainly to the east coast, scarborough etc.  We would like to stay on a similar site to Riverside just somewhere else in the county (not too far) anyone any good recomendations.  Must have EHU.

Can't actually recommend this particular site yet because we haven't been. But we have booked for Whitsun Bank Holiday week. It is just inland from Scarborough.

Have a gut instinct it will have a 'Riverside' feel about it. The owner Ken was lovely when I rang to book.
