Not so much a question, but a request:-
How about employing people in store who actually give a stuff and know something about what they re doing. The experience I suffered yesterday was nothing short of rude and uncomfortable.

How about some one-use-only mailshot codes for mail order customers? I know the current vouchers are intended to increase footfall into the stores and thus impulse buying but really, some of us just don't want to make a long drive at the weekend just to shop. I buy a lot of camping gear and spend a lot of cash on it but somehow I don't seem to do this at Go Outdoors, because I resent being a second class citizen in this respect. I do tend to be store loyal (even virtually) if I find somewhere I like to shop at too. Lure me in, for goodness sake!
Go Outdoors want to take a leaf out of Yeomans book..imo the best customer service second to none.
And you don't have to pay for no silly discount card.

Just an update, the printable voucher for 5th June is indeed a misprint, you do NOT need buy a tent to receive the discount. We apologise for that mix up.
I can't comment on why discounts are only available on certain days, but all feedback is analyzed when it comes through our site via enquiries at gooutdoors.co.uk this would be the best way to let the company know how you feel about certain things.
I'll be sure to post when the updated voucher is available.
