But at £21.99 a mtr it's a bit steep.  Should persevere with the eye masks!

The OH and I use eyeshades and earplugs, they work an absolute treat, this combination is cheap and very effective, we now wake up at a sensible time and not 04:45!!!

I have a vango Eclipse 600 and the bedroom pods are very bright. we had our first full nights sleep in the tent this week due to my new dark pods. I purchased some light weed block from Euro Giant{£shop} for €4 1.5m x 8m, it is more like heavy black tissue paper and I draped it over the bedroom pods and made holes in it to feed the hanging clips through so they will not move. it is breathable and you can leave them in place just like the pods. when I purchased the weed block I hung it on the line for a few hours as there was a strong smell from the black tissue/material which is now gone and even on a hot day in the tent there is no odour. There is also an item on Amazon called a privacy pop bed tent for £80 for a single size bed. it is like a black pop up tent for each mattress. Hope this post is of some use to people with young families with early risers
