Looks lovely. How could you resist? Even if you just use it as a garden tent/marquee/sleepover tent, it's well worth having. But I bet you start using it as a weekender...it's just too cool.

Well I managed to get it up in the garden after all (I really couldn't wait! )
The good news is, it really is in lovely condition. The bad news is, it's more a 2 berth than a 4 berth, there is no way the 4 of us will fit into it. Would be perfect for 1 adult and 1 child.
But it's a gorgeous little tent, not at all how I expected!
Oh, OK, here are some pics:






I think the canvas may be a little shrunk as it was difficult to get the skirts far enough down, hopefully a wetting will help it stretch out again.
Trouble is, now the boys want to sleep in it tonight. I can't see how I will fit two of them into one of those little pods?

Lovely tent - when I first saw it it looked very much like the tent I used to go away with my mum and dad.  That was a Lichfield something 6 birth.  That too was in excellent condition when my dad gave it away . We only went camping twice!

Well the boys insisted!
So the Coleman Comfort airbed is in one pod. It is a VERY snug fit, and the boys are sharing that. I have a single airbed in the other pod. There is absolutely no room for anyone else in there!

Its great! Similar to our suncamp which we use!! We love the kitchen extension..always cook inside ...we love the awning which you can sit under if its drizzly or very hot.....just the 2 of use use ours and it is ggreat so we dont put the other bedroom up.

Good headroom..lovely tent!

 I've got an old  "Lichfield Catalina" in the loft that I am hoping to get ready for next season perhaps with some others to join in we can have a "Classic" tent rally.

Well if they can do it for old Ford capris and the like why not?

No, the dogs joined us - I put their bed in the kitchen area. But they squeezed out under the side when they heard a cat and went racing round barking at 1am. So they were thrown back in the kitchen in disgrace!
