Right then, general consensus is for a Dozer and if I'm being sensible about this makes more sense to get one (for my back's sake) rather than a pretty carpet which is next one my wish-list..... and would love to hammer the credit card but don't think Mr Barclaycard will fund me on this occasion!!!

Good things come to those who wait (I hope!)

(Fostermum - I use picnic blankets at the moment but tend to slide about on them a bit)

(Dave, at moment we've got Coleman Comfort beds which are fine, but my back has started playing up this is why I thought about a Dozer)

Watch you dont trip over your picnic blankets and spill your wine!!

Good choice going for the Dozer.  You will not only notice a difference comfort wise but much warmer too

After camping out in the weather this weekend I sooo appreciated having my fat airic, the joy of feeling warmth and dry underneath me was fab, glad you have decided to sod the carpet for now, good choice!

Best decision....enjoy your camping session!

It always rains on tents. Rainstorms will travel thousands of miles, against prevailing winds for the opportunity to rain on a tent.

I got my brother to buy my fat airic (prev version of dozer) for my birthday.........

We don't have a tent carpet - if it's cold we sling one (or more) of our cheap fleece blankets on the floor and sit on that. It can also be used to wrap around you if your are chilly (granny style!), and on the bed at night for same purpose. Once purchase, multiple uses!!!!
