I tend to cook the same sort of thing we would have at home:
Chicken and vegetable fahitas Stew and Dumplings/Casserole "Roast" dinner Full English brekkie Meatballs in tomato and basil sauce Jacket potatoes Chilli con carne Spaghetti bolognaise Spanish omelette and salad Pasta bake Salmon Kebabs (seafood, chicken, vegetable) BBQ - burgers, sausages, chicken drumsticks etc...
and for pudding BBQ scones Baked bananas stuffed with Mars Bars or chocolate buttons Flamed pineapple Chocolate orange muffins
I have cooked all of these dishes using a 2 burner stove and a BBQ. I find my 3 tier stainless steel steamer very useful as you can cook a whole meal in it using just one burner.
