Not a daft question at all. I would of tried freezing the wine but it always seems to get drunk before that stage in our house!

Yes, it is a case of holding it under the tap with the wine tap depressed, but you have to hold it tight up to the tap/hose pipe, otherwise you'll get very wet, like I did!

Great suggestion on the wine box front. I love Westons Cider and wonder if I can freeze that and it still be drinkable...

we froze wine in the bag back in our festival-going days, and it tasted fine once it had defrosted.
