Bucket of water, fire blanket (has been used in anger once, just after we bought it!  ) & fire extinguisher (from car).
Generally I've got a multi-tool/swiss army knife with me (though I probably need to put it somewhere better than my trouser pocket with the trousers in the corner of the bedroom somewhere!).
Now my eldest is a Scout (and should have passed his knife certificate next time we camp as he'll have a couple of scout camps before), he can have a knife in his & his brother's room too. Not tried a fire drill in the tent though.
Never use a flame in the tent (either cooking or 4 heat) if anyone is asleep. If my DW is snoozing, I'll take the cooker outside and cook in the rain... (must be love!)
