For food we arrange for a catering van to come on site and they give us a donation.
Entertainment is organised by me - quizzes, follow the clues (a bit like orienteering), races, egg throwing competition, arts and crafts etc...
The rules we have are things you would find on most camp sites - things like arrival times, to pitch where you are asked, no BBQs/bikes/scooters/pets/vehicles on site, put rubbish in bins, keep noise down between 10pm-7am, children remain your responsibility, leave toilets/showers in a clean and tidy manner etc...

We are having a camp this year, but as we are a small rural school, our field may not be big enough. so we have spoken to the local farmer and he is well up for it, he has offered to clear out a barn, so we can have non campers for the day and evening and all be together round the campfire, no matter what the weather!! he has done this kind of things before for his mates, and said they are great, so excited about it!
