You can pick up a reusable BBQ and charcoal for not much more than a decent sized disposable one.   
I would also fork out on a suitcase stove and some gas from the likes of B&M or Home Bargains which will give a third ring.
When we had our folding camper with the internal cooker we found these handy for boiling a kettle when we were sitting ouside, or heating things like beans for jacket spuds, as well as being a handy third ring,

We've just bought 2 of these at our local Tesco (£4.50 each)We're hoping to be able to use them with logs on an evening as a heater. But also extra space for cooking on.

we bough one of these the other weeked, really quite a natty BBQ, it came to bits small enough to bring home too.
