Definitely sell the trailer separately - I reckon that could be worth about £500. Keep an eye on Ebay before listing to see the prices that they go for. I have just deleted a few 142/148 that I was watching that reached £500+, and they were older than 12months. I am presuming that the whole lot is 12 months old and not just the spare wheel!

We have reserve on the trailer for £550 not sure if that is to low ? bear in mind trailer, hardtop, spare wheel .

Couriers are much cheaper than you think. You can use My Hermes drop off for items up to 15kg no waiting in for courier to pick up just drop it off at your local point, down here its the co-op stores and they are open until 10pm. Ive sent loads of stuff this last week including tents one of which was an Outwell Vermont L sent for £25.99 including insurance to cover £300 loss/damage an Outwell Nevada M was £15 including insurance. Extensions are between £6 and £10 to send. There is a huge market out there if you are willing to package and post and pay Ebay fees.
If you are using Ebay a good method is to use BUY IT NOW or BEST OFFER as a reserve price puts lots of people off you only have to look at the number of items with a reserve that dont sell. Think of how much you want for say your trailer so say £600 put it on buy it now or best offer then it wont sell for less than the £600 you want but if someone offers £550 cash money you can accept or decline the offer
